There are a variety of ways to celebrate a special event. They can be intimate affairs with immediate family at a house, or more elaborate inviting friends, family, and classmates to party at an area business.

Facilities
Debra Collier's School Of Dance "We host private 90-minute themed birthday parties for both girls and boys ages 4 and up here at our studio." For $150 your party includes up to 12 kids, a theme, and lots of extras. Just supply cake/cupcakes and drink boxes to round out the occasion.
The Bowling Alley For kids, teens, and adults! They cater to fun for everyone. They have a la carte and all inclusive plan options. They also have a spare room (get it?) rental space available. Most options assume 10 party participants.
Eastlake Skating With several packages and a la carte add ons, you can make a fun birthday event. Rent the whole facility, or hold your party during an open time.
Baker Youth Club Although they don't advertise its availability on their website, you can rent for parties and other events. View their webpage for contact information to reach out on pricing and availability. They have plenty of gym space and a cafeteria area for eating.
Pottery Bayou You bring the guests, treats, and decorations. They provide the unique experience of creating something special and memorable—and do the clean up, too!
Parkview YMCA Rent the pool areas and/or their multipurpose rooms for your party. $75-$100/hr. Pool rental only available on Saturdays from 2-3pm.
North Webster Community Center They have several room options and layouts available to accommodate your vision. Not available on Sundays. Call for pricing.
Blue Barn Berry Farm With options including the Harvest Hall Event Room, The Farmhouse, and their Event Pavilion, one is sure to be the right space for your event. Check out this link for kids birthday party specific options.
Winona Lake Senior Center Rental includes the whole day and code allows up to 150 people.
Nye Youth Cabin For up to 75 people, rental includes the whole day and all amenities inside.
Warsaw Fireman Building At Pike Lake Rental includes the whole day and all amenities inside. Holds up to 100 people.
Lucerne Park Cabins 4 stone-enclosed shelters are available for rent. Each holds up to 50 people and includes picnic tables inside for seating. Rental is for a full day from 7am-10pm. Available April 15th-October 1st of each year.
Silver Lake Community Center Message them for rates and availability. The basement fellowship hall seats about 100.
Syracuse Community Center "The Syracuse Community Center has rooms to rent for all occasions. Select from three different rooms to have a wedding reception, baby shower, graduation party, birthday party, family reunion or other special event. McDonald's PlayPlace off 30 Rent the whole Play Place for a kid's party.
Made On Main "Book your next birthday party here! We love celebrating your young artists with all their friends. We provide the projects, tools and creative space and you bring your snacks and drinks. The average birthday party is two hours and (for some) the best part - your kiddos get to freely create and you aren’t expected to clean up any mess."
Quaker Haven They have two meeting spaces available for rent which work well for parties!
A century-old two-level bank barn. The upper level offers an exclusive seasonal setting with an outdoor upper-level deck leading to the lower-level conversation patio and courtyard. The Milk Parlor is the lower level of The Barn 1880 and is available year-round. This 2400 square foot space is newly renovated and includes modern restrooms, a courtyard patio, a second-story deck, and an outdoor conversation patio. The Barn 1880: Historic Venue has hosted countless birthdays, graduations, bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveals, and holiday parties.
I got to tour this space in summer 2023 and it has beautiful farmhouse vibes! It reminds me of The Farmhouse in Nappanee that closed a few years ago.
